Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that causes or may cause damage or impairment to the site or interferes with any other person's use and enjoyment of the site.

Booking and Payment

To join our programs, you are required to make a booking payment of 20% for the retreat program and USD 400 for the Teacher Training of the total fee at the time of booking. The remaining must be paid upon your arrival for the program. All payments made are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

Code of Conduct

Discipline: Adhere strictly to the course routine. Disrespecting rules can lead to termination with no refund.
Attendance: Do not miss scheduled programs without prior permission. Doing so is a serious breach of discipline.
Meals: Inform teachers or managers in advance if you plan to skip a meal to avoid food waste.
Guests: We do not accommodate guests of students. Non-course activities are not allowed.
Punctuality: Be on time for classes. Late entry is not permitted once a class has started.
Dues: Pay all dues and return any library books before leaving the ashram.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited during the training.

Limitation of Liability

Yogshastram - Rishikesh Yogpeeth is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Uttarakhand, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
