Fee & Refund Policy - Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions for our program bookings:

Deposit Payment (non-refundable and non-transferable)

After acceptance into the program, all Yoga students and retreat guests must pay a 20% deposit of the total fee at the time of booking. By paying this deposit, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions listed here.

Validity of Deposit

This 20% deposit is valid for one year (365 days) from the date it is received. If the booking is postponed to a later date, the terms, fees, and charges active at the new booking date will apply. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

Balance Payment

The remaining 80% of the fee must be paid in full before the program begins. Once paid, this balance is also non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Partial Refunds for Special Cases

In special cases where a participant needs to cancel or cannot attend, management may consider a partial refund of the 80% balance. This refund is at the full discretion of management and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

If management approves a partial refund, the amount will be decided based on the specific circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed and paid within 30 days from the cancellation or forfeiture date.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, and any contract between the participant and our organization, are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Uttarakhand, India.
